This property offers beautiful upgraded floors throughout the entire home. The living room has a 75" Smart TV and plenty of seating with an "L-Shaped" sofa to enjoy your favorite shows.

This 3,330 sq. ft home also includes a private home theater with seating for 7 to sit back and watch your favorite movie. The converted garage has a 120" movie screen, foosball table and air hockey table to enjoy hours of fun with family and friends!

The first floor vibrant Queen bedroom has a 32" HD TV and full bath with a stand-up shower. Upstairs you will find the en-suite King master bedroom with private balcony access. This beautiful bedroom has a 42" flat-screen TV, the bathroom has a double vanity sink, bathtub, and separate stand-up shower. The kids will have a blast staying in one of the two themed bunk bed bedrooms! The custom pirate ship bunk bed has two twin beds and a slide to enjoy. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The second character themed bedroom has a full/full bunk bed with TVs for each bed and a separate TV with two bean bag chairs to watch their favorite movies or shows and a PS4! This bedroom includes a tub/shower combo.

The second en-suite King bedroom has a 43" flat-screen TV and patio access overlooking the gorgeous screened-in private pool. This bathroom includes a double vanity sink, a large bathtub to lay and relax, and a separate stand-up shower. The private balcony includes 2 round lounge chairs and 2 sun loungers to kick back and relax soaking up the Florida sun!

A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.

This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 6 cars per address
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
