This large 3,045 sq. ft. pool home is located within the Patriots Landing neighborhood of the exclusive Reunion Resort. Patriot`s Landing offers Key West-style luxury homes with pastel color schemes. This very distinctive neighborhood is surrounded on three sides by natural conservation areas and the fourth overlooks the natural landscaping of the Arnold Palmer Legacy golf course. There is also a lake in the center of the neighborhood.

The homely living area has a large flat-screen TV surrounded by comfortable seating and features stylish window treatments. The spacious fully equipped kitchen is ready for quick meals or elaborate dinner parties and comes complete with a gas top stove, granite countertops, and modern white cabinets.

The living area leads out to the small splash pool, Ideal for cooling off after soaking up the Florida Sunshine. In addition to the fantastic main living space, you will also enjoy 5* living in each of the bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a luxury King size bed, large TV with cable, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a bathtub, and a separate walk-in shower.

For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board. Free secure high-speed Wi-Fi and telephone calls (local), free use of baby equipment.

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.

Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
