Brand New 4 Bed 3 Bath Single House Villa with pool/Spa in conservation area Our 2005 newly built villa is in the executive development at Sandy Ridge. This is in a quiet development surrounded by conservation woodland but is only under 15 minutes drive from the Disney theme parks. Its convenient location also means that you can reach Universal Studios in less than 30 minutes and Seaworld in 20 minutes. Orlando Airport is 30 minutes drive. The villa is 5 minutes from nearest shops including supermarket, pharmacist, fast food and petrol station at junction 28, Champions gate exit, of the I4, more shops and restaurants available a little further on the 192 highway. Our villa is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom property with almost 1800 square feet of living accommodation. It is on a wide plot with conservation woodland views to the rear and has a 30ft x 15ft luxury swimming pool which has optional heating. The pool is west facing giving excellent exposure to the sun and is ideal to come home to and relax after a busy day out. There are sun loungers, patio table and chairs for your enjoyment with covered lanai and ceiling fan. There are two master bedrooms both with en-suite facilities, one queen bed and one twin bedrooms with their own bathroom. One master bedroom has a queen sized bed and walk in wardrobe and the other has a king sized bed and all bedrooms have ample built in wardrobe space. We have a cot and high chair available if required. A fully fitted kitchen makes catering easy, and there is a separate laundry room. Adjacent to the kitchen is a beautiful separated dinning with a breakfast table. The lovely family lounge which has patio doors to the pool area has two sofas and an armchair and TV/DVD. There is a separate lounge adjacent again with two sofas and armchair and within this area is a formal dining area which comfortably seats 6 people. There are also additional TV/DVD systems and a playstation so that everyone is catered for including the children. The villa is fully air conditioned and there are ceiling fans in every room in order to keep you cool on those hot Florida days. Everything you should possibly need is provided for you. All you should need to bring is your swimsuit. Direction to Sandy Ridge Community from Airport - I-4W: Take I-4 West, then take exit #58 from I-4, turn left onto 532 east, drive about 2.5 miles, turn right onto Sandy Ridge Drive, which is the main street of Sandy Ridge Community.
