Located just minutes from Orlando's theme parks, shopping, dining, and other area attractions, this luxury villa is located in Solterra Resort. Solterra resort is just a 5 minute (2.5-mile) drive from a Publix supermarket and other stores. There is also an IMAX movie theater and many other stores such as Target located at Posner Park, just a 7 minute (4.2-mile) drive away.

The Solterra Dream is perfect for large families or groups looking to stay under one roof and enjoy time together. The great room includes a dining table that seats at least 14 with 8 chairs and two benches (that will seat more tots than adults.) The living area is surrounded by 3 comfy sofas before a large-screen wall-mounted TV. Big glass sliding doors open up to the lanai and additional outdoor seating.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with all stainless steel appliances and has a large granite kitchen island with additional seating for 6.

The pool deck is screened-in and faces nature allowing quiet and privacy. There is plenty of seating - in the lanai you have a dining picnic table seating 6-8, and a patio lounge area with a sofa and armchairs around a coffee table. The pool deck has a couple of extra chairs and 3 sun loungers. The pool also includes a child security fence that can be retracted.

The garage has been converted to a game room with Pandora's Box® multi-arcades with wall-mounted screens. The loft includes a movie projector before a large wall-screen with a comfy sectional sofa. Here you will also find a pool table and a wet bar, making the loft a perfect hangout.

All of the bedrooms have TVs so you can retire with privacy and comfort before a favorite Netflix movie at the end of the day.

The home also includes a full-sized washer & dryer, iron & ironing board for your convenience.

All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
The Solterra Resort CDD charges guests an amenity access fee to utilize the resort amenities for the duration of your stay. This is a one time fee per house, per reservation. The fee amount is: 1-12 Guests = $35 13+ Guests $45.
Max of 5 cars per address
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
