From the moment you turn into the beautiful tranquil golf community resort of Highlands Reserve, you immediately get the WOW factor, and it continues as you open our front door and explore our home, which has central air-conditioning.

Highlands Reserve is a highly rated and very popular community with a prestigious championship 18-hole (par 72) golf course (rated 3.5 stars by Golf Digest), tennis courts, a large communal swimming pool, and a children’s play park. The reserve is ideal for golfers and non-golfers alike.

The advantages of Highlands Reserve are numerous. It’s an ideal location to explore, situated a short distance from world-renowned attractions (Disney World is just 12 minutes away). There are many other internationally known theme parks and facilities in the area, such as SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Gatorland, Wet & Wild, the Salvador Dali Museum, and LEGOLAND, plus sports such as fishing, horse riding, and hot-air balloon, helicopter, and airboat rides. Visitors will also be spoiled by the numerous and diverse restaurants and dinner shows (Arabian Knights and Pirates, etc.), offering excellent value for money.

Three major highways are on the doorstep — Hwy 27 (where Highlands Reserve is situated), Hwy 192, and Interstate 4 — to swiftly get you from Orlando International Airport in approximately 35 minutes, Sanford Airport in 45 minutes, or Tampa International in 65 minutes. The East or West Coast and Kennedy Space Centre are around 60 to 75 minutes away.

Whether you want to lounge around or relax after a hectic day of activity, what better way to do so than watch the sun go down or play in our swimming pool, which can be heated in the cooler months.

What makes our home stand out from the crowd? Its location, location, location — a large home with comfortable furniture and wall-mounted flat-screen LED HDTVs, from the fantastic smart 70" and 60" HDTVs down to the smallest 39" in the bedroom. Now, to whet your appetite regarding the comforts of our Florida home: it is large and spacious, covering 2,949 square feet.

For those who like to cook, our kitchen has all modern conveniences. You will find everything you need, from crockery and cutlery to an electric can opener, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, and an electric blender. It also features an American-style side-by-side refrigerator with an ice maker and drink dispenser, an electric cooker with an oven and ceramic hot plates, a large microwave, a dishwasher — everything you could possibly need to create anything from a snack to a banquet.

Pool and Patio Area: We have provided two sun loungers and two patio tables with 10 chairs for your comfort. The pool can be heated for an additional charge (recommended from November to March). For those alfresco dining experiences, we have provided melamine crockery. A BBQ can be hired.

TV/Living Room: The TV room has comfortable theatre-style reclining armchairs to enjoy the benefits of our new flat-screen wall-mounted 70" HD LED TV, along with a Blu-ray DVD player.

Family Room: The family room is adjacent to the kitchen and dining area and has leather sofas. For your entertainment, there is another flat-screen wall-mounted cable 60" HD LED TV.

Patio doors provide access to the pool deck with a shaded area. We also have a pool safety fence, which is required by law to prevent little ones from entering the pool without supervision. The safety fence is removable.

Master Bedroom: The exceptionally large master bedroom has a luxury king-size bed, ceiling fan, wall-mounted flat-screen 43" HD LED TV, radio alarm clock, and walk-in wardrobe. The master en-suite bathroom has a large corner Roman bath, a large walk-in shower, twin vanity units, a hair dryer, bathroom scales, and a separate WC.

Queen Master Bedroom (Ground Floor): This bedroom has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen 39" wall-mounted HD LED cable TV, and walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom is next door.

Bedrooms 4 and 5: There are two twin bedrooms — one with a girls' theme and the other with a boys' theme — each with a flat-screen 39" TV and a combined bath and shower.

2nd Queen Bedroom: Located on the first floor with an adjacent bathroom with WC, vanity unit, and bath with shower over. The bedroom also has a wall-mounted HD LED TV, a built-in wardrobe, and a ceiling fan.

Games Room: Our ground-floor games room comes with a pool table, a 7' air hockey table, and an electronic dartboard.

Our management company is 5 to 6 minutes away, so you will always have someone to call on.

For golfers or complete novices, the clubhouse rents clubs, provides golf lessons, and has a driving range. The clubhouse serves light snacks and drinks. Mike Dasher's Highlands Reserve Golf Course (opened in 1998), located 12 minutes southwest of Disney World, is a golf course unlike anything you would expect in Florida. What makes Highlands Reserve special is the spirited design that matches the property's unique character. The course sits on the edge of a long sand shelf called the Green Swamp Ridge near the town of Davenport, with elevations spanning 120 feet from top to bottom. Dasher's holes fairly dance around it, two-stepping from a high point at the first green all the way to the low basin of the 13th fairway.
