Guest access

All our villas can be accessed via a secure keyless access code or electronic lock or lock box feature. Access to community is free but guests are required to put a $20 (approx) refundable deposit to obtain an electronic key card which acts as a FastPass to the community at the guard house. This $20 deposit will be refunded to guests when they return the keycard during clubhouse business hours on the day of their departure.
Guests will have full access to the entire home. They will also have free access to all resort community features and common areas such as Club House, Gym, Internet Café, Swimming pools, Tennis courts, Volleyball Court, Walking trails and more.

Pool and spa heating is optional at $30/nt + tax and can be added with a confirmed reservation.

No Trailer and RV Parking anywhere in the community. Car parking inside the garage is not possible. You can park on the driveway or on the street.
Pool heating is optional and is not included by default. Pool heating hours: 10:00 am to 10:00 pm (when paid)
