Our space is uniquely located near the heart of Orlando. Take advantage of the many amazing water activities Lake Jessamine has to offer! We're next to Cypress grove park, great for outdoor exercising and walking.

- 20 minutes from Disney

- 15 minutes from the convention center and Universal

- 15 minutes from Orlando Airport

Pontoon is $99 a day, includes fishing poles and gas. 01 Nautique Boat available at discounted rates to guests! $50 deposit, $399 per day. Ask for Alex

This 4 bedroom house is located on the first story and is completely separate from the house upstairs. Separate entrance, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, linens and towels included. 4th Bedroom is detached from the house and is shown in the photos.

Grab yourself a FREE kickboxing workout with a trainer at the gym I own down the street called 9Round. When you pop by just let them know that your a guest at my house and they will run through an awesome 30 minute workout.

Must be 23 years and up to book property. Someone may be here to greet you at the door and check id's.
