We have been hosting vacationers at our properties since 2007 and have owned other rental property for much longer. Why Donna and James chose Indian Shores We have recently added this lovely gulf front gem to the vacations properties we manage. It offers breathtaking sunsets while relaxing on the furnished balcony. It is right on one of the best beaches in Florida. “Candy's Pub”, and “Island Marine Rentals” is directly across the street. The Pub is one of the best waterfront restaurant and bar in the area. Island Marine Rentals has boats, Kayaks, Paddle boards, scooters, and bicycles. A short drive to many restaurants, pubs, shopping, and attractions. What makes this Condo unique With the help of our staff we make sure that this property is in tip top shape upon your arrival and address emergencies as needed should any occur. We have been in the hospitality business for some time and strive to give our quests that special service that the large rental companies do not offer. Our guests appreciate that we do our own booking so they do not have to enter there credit card information online. If you are eager to get your vacation rental set up please contact us at 727-424-1322. We answer all Emails within 24 hours. For an accurate quote You do have to supply the ages of the children. We are usually able to give you a better priced than what is supplied by the automated estimator on this web sight as it does not properly accommodate our pricing structure.
