Near Beaches, Pool, Paradise Awaits, Adult Only “The Blue Room” This is an adult only private luxury home 30 minutes from TPA, nestled between Clearwater and St. Petersburg and close to Gulf beaches. The home sits on 1 acre of natural Florida landscaping.
Guests have private entrance to your suites with full bath, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, large tv, cable, free wifi and internet access, use of large salt water pool, gas grill, private sunbathing area, 2 outdoor fire pits with plenty of outdoor seating areas.
We do provide gas for the gas grill located under a carport with a seating ares, coin laundry and ice located in the garage. We also have firewood for $7 per bundle. Our home has 3 suites available all with the same amenities, so if you are traveling with other couples or friends it's the perfect place. The blue room does not open up to the pool it is located in the front of the house. The west wing is the only suite that opens up to the pool. We can host up to 6 people at a time.
You can start your day with some coffee k cups and my local favorite super mini Island Rum Cakes! It’s always ok To eat cake for breakfast at Island Rum Suites!
We are known to be clean freaks, we wash all linens, quilts, pillow shams, and blankets between each guests. Most vacation rentals do not so you can rest easy here
