You're sure to enjoy your time at this vacation home. There's something for everyone when you're vacationing here. When you come to this home you'll be greeted with inviting modern decor. The living area has a large, leather sectional sofa to gather around on and entertain large families. The sofa has several fluffy pillows for everyone to feel at home. The separate dining area has a long dining table that can seat up to 14 people. This table is perfect for the holidays. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances for if you want to prepare home-cooked meals for the holidays or have toast and a smoothie to-go.

This home features a screened-in opaque bottom privacy screen around the splash pool and spa. The patio area also includes a table with seating for 6 and 4 sun loungers to relax in. This home backs on to a lake for calming views and nice breezes.

Get your game on in the amazing game room with gamer chairs, sofa, foosball table, 4 player air-hockey table, game console, and large TV.

There are 2 bedrooms downstairs with king beds and all other bedrooms can be found upstairs. There are 2 themed bedrooms that the kids will adore with Princess and Peter Pan themes.

There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival
Accidental Damage Protection plus tax will be required on behalf of the property owner against any reported damages or loss to this property and its contents.

Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled.
Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home.
The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 5 cars per address
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
