Solara Resort is a gated resort community with amazing amenities, such as a grand pool, children's splash pad with slide, teen hang out, bar, sand volleyball, and soccer field. This stunning home is located on one of the best lots in the whole resort. It adjoins a large park area, offering unobstructed views of the lake and clubhouse, just a short walk away.

Outside the screened enclosure offers a private pool with a spillover spa and extended deck. There is high-quality Polywood patio furniture such as a table with seating for 6 and 3 chairs around a fire pit, and also 8 sun loungers for enjoying the Florida sunshine. There is also a huge lanai for shade and a poolside half bath. Unwind at the tiki bar and watch a movie on the 110" projector screen located outside in the lanai. The home is located on a rare lot in a prime location, next to a large landscaped area for greater privacy.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Smeg toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker. Spacious open-planned floor plan. The dining area has seating for 8. The breakfast bar also has 4 bar stools.

The living room has a huge 72" fan. By day watch your favorite shows on the wall-mounted 75" LED TV, then in the evenings enjoy movies and sports on the 125" motorized projector screen. There is also a soundbar with a subwoofer.

*Please note, some of the bedrooms in this home are designed to accommodate children, it does not accommodate 13 adults. This home sleeps 6 adults, the rest are bedrooms designed for children 16 and under.

Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.

A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
