Welcome to Solara Sunshine, perfect for large parties or families sleeping up to 19. The exquisite interior includes both high-end master suites as well as themed kids' room. The open great-room floorplan in the center of the home has a comfy couch and a 65" TV, a modern kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, and a fine dining area with seating for 8. There is additional seating with plenty of space for 4 by the kitchen granite island.

Downstairs you will find a master ensuite bedroom and a themed bedroom with one twin bed and one full-size bed. You can play pool in the game room or video games on two displays.

The upstairs loft with a cozy wraparound couch before a 75" TV is the perfect in-between-moments hangout or great for late movie nights. You can find three more beautiful master ensuite bedrooms upstairs along with an ensuite two full bed themed room and a second themed bedroom with two full beds.

The pool area includes a *spa where you can relax at the end of an exciting day. Four loungers and a table for 6 provides additional seating. Perhaps some of you prefer to dine al fresco?

The property includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.

An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.

Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
