With a private swimming pool, arcade game room, pool table, custom kids bunk beds and a movie theater area, you can spend a whole day relaxing or having fun. With 4,378 sq. ft. to share coupled with the pool deck, this home holds up to 18 guests (10 Adults & 8 Kids).

This unique home is larger than almost all 8 bedroom homes in Central Florida, as it is the 9 bed Napa II floorpan that has been made into an 8 bedroom home with more room to relax. This creates a huge kids bedroom to accommodate a one of a kind, dinosaur themed bedroom with custom bunk beds (4 x Full), this amazing room has a two player Jurassic Park arcade game and a slide!. There is also a stunning princess castle custom bunk bed (2 x full) room. Lastly there is a Space ship themed Full/Full custom built bunk bed room with PlayStation 5 games console.

This home is located in phase one of Solara resort, so has the advantage of being within walking distance of all the amazing amenities and resort pool at the clubhouse. There are no rear neighbors behind this home, so you can enjoy more peace and privacy than most other homes that back onto each other in the resort.

The arcade game room is air-conditioned and fully stocked with action! Kids will be blown away by the bowling arcade along with a pair of Super Bike racing arcades to race each-other. There is also a commercial air hockey table and two more arcade games. Two TV's with an Xbox One and Playstation 4.

The upstairs movie theatre area has 8 seat real leather recliners to relax whilst enjoying your favorite movie plus a counter top bar with 4 bar stools, a great sport to watch your favorite sports games.

Downstairs there is an amazing collectors edition 1965 Shelby GT350 custom made pool table.

The pool area is where you can enjoy the sun, the breeze, and the glimmering pool water. There is a spillover spa for complete relaxation, sun loungers if you wish to work on that tan and a table where you can enjoy meals al fresco. For the safety of the children, the pool deck comes equipped with a safety fence and door alarm.

This home does not provide access to a garage.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
Tax is not included in nightly rates
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled.

The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm.
This property has exterior security cameras.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.
