The space
Welcome to Seaside Heights with its white sandy beaches, great new boardwalk and with a City-wide major renovation to become the Barrier Island’s Family Resort place. Seaside Heights has become and still is the number one affordable seaside tourist destination for summer vacation in New Jersey.

Simply arrive by car, park it, you won't need it for the rest of the week.

We offer free street parking plus up to 4-beach badges (a minimum savings of $300).

We are located on 10-minute walk to the rstr and activities. All the beach activities are now within easy reach. Enjoy free movies on Seaside white sandy beach every Sunday night, on Wednesday night Beach Fireworks. And the free Concerts on the Beach every Thursday.

Not only do we have a great location, but we also have one of the nicest houses in Seaside.
Please note that after Labor Day Weekend and prior to Memorial Day Weekend, certain seasonal amenities may not be available or may have limited access. Seasonal items and services can include, but are not limited to, grills, pools, beach badges/passes, parking passes, outdoor furniture, and other summer amenities. Availability may vary based on weather, HOA regulations, town schedules, and seasonal maintenance. Please feel free to inquire prior to booking if a specific amenity is important for your stay.

Centrally located, we are located minutes from Seaside's best dining, nightlife, and activities. Restaurants such as Hemingway's Cafe, Klee's famous Irish Bar and Grill along with the new Drifters rstr awaits your arrival.

At night, there are choices galore for the partier. Revelry at the many night clubs on the Boardwalk (no cover charge) or catch a few rounds of billiards at the aristocratic Hemingway's (again just minutes away).

And of course, during the day your choice of just relaxing on Seaside's white sands or if you like you can always do the traditional seashore activities like, Fishing, Crabbing, Jet-skiing, or Boating (all within a 10-minute drive).

Other things to note
We allow your furry pets to join you for a fee of $50 per night.

Borough of Seaside Heights has imposed a new ordinance effectively prohibiting young adult or prom rentals. The new Ordinance now prohibits groups and young adult rentals from April 15 to June 30 unless the Guest can verify that at least one person will be 21 years or older and will be a full time guest during the entire stay. No exceptions. Any guest that reserves that does not meet this criteria will result in cancellation of the reservation and NO refund..
During April 15 and June 30:
a) Rental agreement is required with all guests’ names and parents’ names and contact information.
b) Guests under 25 require a security person, additional costs will apply to cover additional cost incurred.
