ACTIVITIES:
Centrally located, we are located minutes (if not seconds) from Seaside's best dining, nightlife and activities. Restaurants such as Hemingway's Cafe, Klee's famous Irish Bar and Grill along with the new Mila's rstr await your arrival. At night, there are choices galore for the partier. Revelry at the many nightclubs on the Boardwalk (with no cover charge) or catch a few rounds of billiards at the aristocratic Hemingway's (again just minutes away). And of course, during the day your choice of just relaxing on Seaside's white sands or if you like you can always do the traditional seashore activities like, Fishing, Crabbing, Jet-skiing or Boating (all within a 10-minute drive).

For the guest’s safety, this house is equipped with security camera. A Ring Video Doorbell located next to the front door that has the ability to record video and audio.

Please note that after Labor Day Weekend and prior to Memorial Day Weekend, certain seasonal amenities may not be available or may have limited access. Seasonal items and services can include, but are not limited to, grills, pools, beach badges/passes, parking passes, outdoor furniture, and other summer amenities. Availability may vary based on weather, HOA regulations, town schedules, and seasonal maintenance. Please feel free to inquire prior to booking if a specific amenity is important for your stay.

Other things to note
No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the set occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.

1) All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.

2) All thermostats are set between a range of 68 to 74 degrees.

3) Replacement cost for lost beach badges: $85 each.

4) We provide 2-bath towels per guest. Additional towels may be rented from us: $15 for 6-bath towels or 4-Beach Towels.

5) If any guests in your group are unable to climb stairs, this may not be the property for you.

6) Note: Minimum age to book is 30, booking adult must be present the entire stay

7) To book this property, guests must have a minimum of three (3) previous stays with five-star reviews. We take pride in maintaining a high-quality experience for all guests and appreciate your understanding of this requirement.

When inquiring about renting please provide some details about yourself, the guests and the purpose of your trip. Must be 25 and older to book

Please be mindful that if you incur incidental fees or cause damage to the rental property, your credit card may be charged up to $500.

Please note that while the owner does have a dog and occasionally stays at the property, no pets are permitted for guest stays. Although the home is professionally cleaned between reservations, the property cannot be guaranteed to be completely pet-free. Guests with sensitivities or allergies to pet hair or dander should take this into consideration prior to booking.
