The space
We are pleased to offer you our 2nd level of our 2-family beach Home. We are located on 10-minute walk to the rstr and activities. All the beach activities are now within easy reach. Enjoy free movies on Seaside white sandy beach every Sunday night, on Wednesday night Beach Fireworks. And the free Concerts on the Beach every Thursday.

Not only do we have a great location, but we also have one of the nicest houses in Seaside.

We are located about 10-minute walk to the boardwalk, rides, beach and Water Park. All your beach activities are now within easy reach. Park your car and start your vacation. ACTIVITIES:
Centrally located, we are located minutes from Seaside's best dining, nightlife and activities. Restaurants such as Hemingway's Cafe, Klee's famous Irish Bar and Grill along with the new Mila's of Seaside rstr await your arrival.

At night, there are choices galore for the partier. Revelry at the many nightclubs on the Boardwalk (with no cover charge) or catch a few rounds of billiards at the aristocratic Hemingway's (again just minutes if not seconds away).

And of course, during the day your choice of just relaxing on Seaside's white sands or if you like you can always do the traditional seashore activities like, Fishing, Crabbing, Jet-skiing or Boating (all within a 10-minute drive).

Please note that after Labor Day Weekend and prior to Memorial Day Weekend, certain seasonal amenities may not be available or may have limited access. Seasonal items and services can include, but are not limited to, grills, pools, beach badges/passes, parking passes, outdoor furniture, and other summer amenities. Availability may vary based on weather, HOA regulations, town schedules, and seasonal maintenance. Please feel free to inquire prior to booking if a specific amenity is important for your stay.

Other things to note
1) No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the agreed occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.

2) This is the second unit of a duplex. Please note that 1 flight of stairs is required to access the main living level.

3) There is no off-street parking or reserved spaces. street Parking is free.

4) All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.

5) Towels are not provided but may be rented from us for $15 for 6-bath towels or 4-Beach Towels

6) Replacement cost for lost beach badges: $85 each.

7) The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. If the adult booking is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.

8) Please be advised that for non-family guests who are 21 years of age or younger, a security person may be required according to the regulations of Seaside Heights. If this is the case, an additional fee of $250 per night will apply.
