The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Text John upon departure 908-285-6522. throw trash away: The gate when you leave the garage, it's the door directly to the right. Garbage, recycling, and boxes (have to be broken down)
Leave the beach badges, key fobs on the kitchen table. Place all remotes next to the TV. Leave all bed linen as is.
Note: the unit needs to be in a broom clean condition not to incur any additonl cost
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE RESERVATION IS YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT.
Excessive loud parties or multiple unregistered renters will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount.
