We try to make your vacation as stress free as possible; we include all bed linens, pillows, comforter, kitchen supplies, pot, pans, dishes, and toiletries.

Check-in dates are only Monday or Tuesday with a minimum of a 3-night stay., no weekend stays

Please note that after Labor Day Weekend and prior to Memorial Day Weekend, certain seasonal amenities may not be available or may have limited access. Seasonal items and services can include, but are not limited to, grills, pools, beach badges/passes, parking passes, outdoor furniture, and other summer amenities. Availability may vary based on weather, HOA regulations, town schedules, and seasonal maintenance. Please feel free to inquire prior to booking if a specific amenity is important for your stay.

Other things to note
1) This beach house is meant for families

2) No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the agreed upon occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.

3) All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.

4) The thermostat is set between a range of 68 to 74 degrees.

Towel Policy
For your convenience, we provide 2 Sets of towels complimentary with your stay. (total of 12)

If your group requires additional towels, they are available to rent for the duration of your stay:

6 additional bath towels: $20
4 beach towels: $20
A washer and dryer are provided in the unit for your convenience, and guests are welcome to launder the towels during their stay as needed.

We appreciate your help in caring for our linens and using only the towels provided unless additional towels have been rented. If you would like to rent extra towels, simply let us know before or during your stay, and we’ll be happy to arrange them.

6) Replacement cost for lost beach badges: $85 each.
