This ideal location is only 2 short blocks to the white sand beach of Seaside Park, and a short walk to the Amusement Pier in nearby Seaside Heights, yet far enough to
have quiet nights and peaceful walks on the beach!

Weekly rentals only

The space
Have your morning coffee on your large private deck, just watching the sun rise from the
ocean side, or the sunset over the bay in the evening.

And during the evening, enjoy
outdoor deck dining and the brand-new private propane grill. Plenty of seating in the
private fenced yard.

And when you come home from the beach, rinse off the sand at our private outside
wash station and stretch out in the spacious living room of our updated property, enjoying central AC, 3 Smart TV’s, stereo and a full-size laundry.

Experience the luxury of ample rooms to spread out in this spacious, bright, and
updated home. You will have plenty of room to relax, unwind, and make unforgettable
memories with family and friends. Our extra-large Kitchen is great for those nights you just want to stay in for a good, home-cooked dinner, with all new appliances.

With our 3-vehicle on-site parking, your only worries will be whether to walk to
the beach or the bay, the Bakery, Ice Cream Shop, and 7 Eleven are all in walking distance from your stay as well, for those needed conveniences (or treats)!

Reserve early for the best times:
For May, June and September, we only accept a 3-night minimum.

For July and August, we only accept weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday

Please note that after Labor Day Weekend and prior to Memorial Day Weekend, certain seasonal amenities may not be available or may have limited access. Seasonal items and services can include, but are not limited to, grills, pools, beach badges/passes, parking passes, outdoor furniture, and other summer amenities. Availability may vary based on weather, HOA regulations, town schedules, and seasonal maintenance. Please feel free to inquire prior to booking if a specific amenity is important for your stay.

Other things to note
1) No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the agreed upon occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.

2) All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.

3) There is another house on the property that may be occupied by other guests during your stay. Please be courteous.

4) If any guests in your group are unable to climb stairs, this may not be the property for you. The main living area contains a bathroom, kitchen and living room.

5) The thermostat is set between a range of 68 to 74 degrees.

6) Towels are not provided but may be rented from us for $15 for 6-bath towels or 4-Beach Towels.

7) Replacement cost for lost beach badges: $85 each.

8) The minimum age to book is 30 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. If the adult booking is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.
