The space
We are pleased to offer you our Single Family Beach Home, located in the rear of a duplex. We are located on 10-minute walk to the rstr and activities. All the beach activities are now within easy reach. Enjoy free movies on Seaside white sandy beach every Sunday night, on Wednesday night Beach Fireworks. And the free Concerts on the Beach every Thursday.

We are located about 10-minute walk to the boardwalk, rides, beach and Water Park. All your beach activities are now within easy reach. Park your car and start your vacation. ACTIVITIES:
Centrally located, we are located minutes from Seaside's best dining, nightlife and activities. Restaurants such as Hemingway's Cafe, Klee's famous Irish Bar and Grill along with the new Free Range rstr await your arrival. At night, there are choices galore for the partier. Revelry at the many nightclubs on the Boardwalk (with no cover charge) or catch a few rounds of billiards at the aristocratic Hemingway's (again just minutes if not seconds away). And of course, during the day your choice of just relaxing on Seaside's white sands or if you like you can always do the traditional seashore activities like, Fishing, Crabbing, Jet-skiing or Boating (all within a 10-minute drive).

Please note that after Labor Day Weekend and prior to Memorial Day Weekend, certain seasonal amenities may not be available or may have limited access. Seasonal items and services can include, but are not limited to, grills, pools, beach badges/passes, parking passes, outdoor furniture, and other summer amenities. Availability may vary based on weather, HOA regulations, town schedules, and seasonal maintenance. Please feel free to inquire prior to booking if a specific amenity is important for your stay.

And of course, during the day your choice of just relaxing on Seaside's white sands or if you like you can always do the traditional seashore activities like, Fishing, Crabbing, Jet-skiing, or Boating (all within a 10-minute drive).

Other things to note
1) No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the agreed upon occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.

2) All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.

3) There is no off-street parking or reserved spaces. You have free Street Parking.

4) There is another house in front of the property that may be occupied by other guests during your stay. The backyard is a shared space. Please be courteous and share the outdoor spaces.

5) The thermostat is set between a range of 68 to 74 degrees.

6) Towels are not supplied; however, they may be rented from our facility at a rate of $10 for either six bath towels or four beach towels.

7) Replacement cost for lost beach badges: $85 each. Parking pass replacement $500 per pass

8) Pets, if permitted, incur a daily fee.

9) The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. If the adult booking is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.

10) Please be advised that for non-family guests who are 21 years of age or younger, a security person may be required according to the regulations of Seaside Heights. If this is the case, an additional fee of $250 per night will apply.
