100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Checkout by 10 am. Late checkout comes with a late fee

Remove all trash from baskets and all food from fridge

Be understanding of our rules , there in place so that we can continue to make this a great place for families to come make memories.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Clean up after yourself - excess cleaning ( per cleaner ) - dog dropping in yard ( $30 ) - broken items - late checks outs ( $50) - trash out

Refer to rules for Recycling in pic from website. Message if you have any questions. Fees if the recycle/ trash are mixed per recycle / trash company

Remove all food items from fridge before leaving. Start dishwasher before leaving, and start linens from the house in the washer before leaving
