About this space

This 2 br 1 bath 1940's style Tucson Bungalow is fully equipped with everything needed for long and short stays. Close to everything worth seeing…. And just minutes from the U of A, Randolph Golf, Botanical Gardens, shopping malls etc.

It was our first home so we still have a great deal of affection for it! The Peter Howell Neighborhood is very walkable, and many enjoy taking their dogs to the Alvernon Park just down the street. Come experience midtown Tucson at one of our 12 homes !

The space
This 2 br 1 bath 1940's style Tucson Bungalow is fully loaded with everything needed for long or short stays. It was our first home so we still have a great deal of affection for it. Close to everything worth seeing. Its just minutes from the U of A, Randolph Golf, Botanical Gardens, shopping malls etc. The Peter Howell Neighborhood is very walkable, and many enjoy taking their dogs to the Alvernon Park just down the street. You'll have to come see us to experience this gem of a home.

Guests have access to the entire home, the frontyard, and Laundry room.

**Children and dogs are welcome.

Pet fee of $75- 100 per pet depending on breed. $150 for for stays longer than 2 weeks.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Put all laundry, except for the shams and comforters in the wash and start

Remove all items from the fridge and dispose of in the outside trash or take with you

Sign the guest book, please:)

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Empty fridge

Put all linens ( towels, sheets, pillow cases, dish cloths ) in washing machine before checkout . Do not put comforters, shams, etc in washer.

Tucson Vacation Homes by John Taylor Bard I'm originally from Oxford Pennsylvania though Arizona has been my home since 1997 and I absolutely love it! Cooking, gardening and reading are just a few of my favorite things to do in my spare time. Just started my apt in Fukuoka as rental , for I plan on returning to Arizona here in the near future, though Fukuoka will always be "home". Keeping my place there keeps me connected for when I return, Which will be 2-3 times annually. Very much a people person, and this Vacation Rental has been rather fun..:) Why they chose this property It has been in the family for Years, My Mothers place to find solace after practicing. Now, that her kids are grown and she's not able to make it as much, she wants to see other families make the memories she had in Classic Cape May . Located just 3 blocks back from Ocean Drive on Idaho Ave, this place is truly a " Classic Cape Bungalow " .What makes this property unique- 3 blocks to the beach.- Beautifull Sunporch ( with heated floors coming soon )- Pet friendly- Safe, Private and Romantic
