About Terrell and Eileen Ridenour Terrell (Terry) and Eileen Ridenour are residents full time in Green Valley, AZ. We have owned a house in Green Valley since 1999 and moved here full time in 2007. We enjoy everything about Green Valley and all its Amenities. We are happy to answer any questions you have about the area and the rental house. My Wife (Eileen) and I (Terry) would not live anywhere else in the world. Why Terrell and Eileen Ridenour chose Las Campanas This property was built in 2014. It has been completely set up for rental and is always spotless. It has all the first class amenities. It also has 55" TV in living room and 40" TV in Master Bedroom. What makes this House unique There is no sales tax of 12.5% on rentals of more than 30 days of stay.
