The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Please start the laundry with all the linens and towels that you used. Don’t worry about the comforters and chances we take care of those.

Please empty all items from the refrigerator and take with you. We’re putting in the outside trash.

Please sign the guestbook and look us up on a return trip!!

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Travelers with pets, use couch covers and pick up all dog doo in yard -Take out your trash and Empty the fridge

Strip All Dirty towels and sheets ( not comforters or shams ) and put in washer and start before you leave

Tucson Vacation Homes by John Taylor Bard I'm originally from Oxford Pennsylvania though Arizona has been my home since 1997 and I absolutely love it! Cooking, gardening and reading are just a few of my favorite things to do in my spare time. Just started my apt in Fukuoka as rental , for I plan on returning to Arizona here in the near future, though Fukuoka will always be "home". Keeping my place there keeps me connected for when I return, Which will be 2-3 times annually. Very much a people person, and this Vacation Rental has been rather fun..:) Why they chose this property It has been in the family for Years, My Mothers place to find solace after practicing. Now, that her kids are grown and she's not able to make it as much, she wants to see other families make the memories she had in Classic Cape May . Located just 3 blocks back from Ocean Drive on Idaho Ave, this place is truly a " Classic Cape Bungalow " .What makes this property unique- 3 blocks to the beach.- Beautifull Sunporch ( with heated floors coming soon )- Pet friendly- Safe, Private and Romantic
