The space
This casita is packed with everything you need for a comfortable stay: a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heat, a TV with DirecTV, and a washer/dryer right inside. Relax in the spacious backyard, which is great for unwinding or hosting, plus there’s a covered patio, off-street parking, and even room for an RV!

Guest access
GUEST ACCESSS

Guests have access to the entire house, including their own private, fully fenced backyard. There’s also off-street parking for two cars. There’s ample space on the side of the main house and in the driveway to park an RV (though it’s not covered).

Other things to note
Reid Park Zoo, located just a few blocks away from the largest park in Tucson, Reid Park, offers a variety of attractions. It features a driving range, golf course, and is conveniently situated near downtown and the University of Arizona. Public transportation is easily accessible, and a charming neighborhood park is just around the corner.

If you have the opportunity, take a leisurely walk or bike ride through the Peter Howell neighborhood, which is known for its beautiful homes. It’s a truly lovely neighborhood.

Children and dogs are welcome at the zoo. However, there’s a pet fee of $75 to $125 , depending on the breed. For stays longer than two weeks, the fee is $125.

Reid Park Zoo is conveniently located near several attractions in Tucson. It’s just two miles away from the University of Arizona, three and a half miles from downtown shopping on 4th Avenue, and a mile from El Con Mall. Major cross streets in the area include 5th Street and Alvernon Way.

Warm regards,
Yuko

About Taylor Bard

Tucson Vacation Homes by John Taylor Bard I'm originally from Oxford Pennsylvania though Arizona has been my home since 1997 and I absolutely love it! Cooking, gardening and reading are just a few of my favorite things to do in my spare time. I love to travel and am very friendly and personable and enjoy meeting new people from all over the United States and beyond. With that said, hosting is something I enjoy very much :)Motto: " Live for today, Plan for tomorrow, and Learn from Yesterday" Yuko - Born and raised in Japan until Junior High, went to High school and college in Tucson Az. Just started my apt in Fukuoka as rental , for I plan on returning to Arizona here in the near future, though Fukuoka will always be "home". Keeping my place there keeps me connected for when I return, Which will be 2-3 times annually. Very much a people person, and this Vacation Rental has been rather fun..:) Why they chose this property It has been in the family for Years, My Mothers place to find solace after practicing. Now, that her kids are grown and she's not able to make it as much, she wants to see other families make the memories she had in Classic Cape May . Located just 3 blocks back from Ocean Drive on Idaho Ave, this place is truly a " Classic Cape Bungalow " .What makes this property unique- 3 blocks to the beach.- Beautifull Sunporch ( with heated floors coming soon )- Pet friendly- Safe, Private and Romantic
