Just say the word and we can supply tables and chairs for a reasonable fee. Owner permission required for any events

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Please empty out the fridge and take the garbage outside

Please remove all linens and towels, except for the shams and comforters and put into the wash washing machine start

Please sign the guest book :-)

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

ONLY TOILET PAPER down toilet, no feminine products etc

Remove all items from fridge and throw away or take with you. Strip All Dirty towels and sheets ( not comforters or shams ) put in washer and start

Tucson Vacation Homes by John Taylor Bard I'm originally from Oxford Pennsylvania though Arizona has been my home since 1997 and I absolutely love it! Cooking, gardening and reading are just a few of my favorite things to do in my spare time. Just started my apt in Fukuoka as rental , for I plan on returning to Arizona here in the near future, though Fukuoka will always be "home". Keeping my place there keeps me connected for when I return, Which will be 2-3 times annually. Very much a people person, and this Vacation Rental has been rather fun..:) Why they chose this property It has been in the family for Years, My Mothers place to find solace after practicing. Now, that her kids are grown and she's not able to make it as much, she wants to see other families make the memories she had in Classic Cape May . Located just 3 blocks back from Ocean Drive on Idaho Ave, this place is truly a " Classic Cape Bungalow " .What makes this property unique- 3 blocks to the beach.- Beautifull Sunporch ( with heated floors coming soon )- Pet friendly- Safe, Private and Romantic
