Enjoy a comfy queen bed, full kitchen, free Wi-Fi, and all the essentials for a short or extended stay. Off-street parking is right outside your casita, and we even have storage space if you need it!

The space
The Perfect place to stay if traveling to Tucson ! Quaint Studio One bedroom with Private guest access, private front Courtyard, and storage if you need it. Queen bed. Not to mention off street parking right in front of your Casita. Free wifi, full kitchen and all the amenities needed for a long or short stay. Read our reviews, you'll see its a gem.

Only a few blocks away from the largest park in Tucson ( Reid Park), Reid Park Zoo, the driving range and golf course, as well as just a few minutes from downtown and of course the University of Arizona. Public transportation is close as well as a cute little neighborhood park is right around the corner. If you have a chance, take a walk or bike ride around the Peter Howell neighborhood we are a part of and enjoy all the beautiful homes. (It is a very lovely neighborhood).

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Please put all sheets and towels in the washing machine and start

Please take out all items from fridge and put in the trash outside

Please sign the guest book and look up when I return trip

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Put all linens ( towels, sheets, pillow cases, dish cloths ) in washing machine before checkout . Do not put comforters, shams, etc in washer.

Take out all trash including food in fridge. Dumpster is in the alley to the south of the Casita. Look over fence and you will see it. !

Cooking, gardening and reading are just a few of my favorite things to do in my spare time. Just started my apt in Fukuoka as rental , for I plan on returning to Arizona here in the near future, though Fukuoka will always be "home". Keeping my place there keeps me connected for when I return, Which will be 2-3 times annually. Very much a people person, and this Vacation Rental has been rather fun..:) Why they chose this property It has been in the family for Years, My Mothers place to find solace after practicing. Now, that her kids are grown and she's not able to make it as much, she wants to see other families make the memories she had in Classic Cape May . Located just 3 blocks back from Ocean Drive on Idaho Ave, this place is truly a " Classic Cape Bungalow " .What makes this property unique- 3 blocks to the beach.- Beautifull Sunporch ( with heated floors coming soon )- Pet friendly- Safe, Private and Romantic
