No matter your choice be sure to savor these priceless memories for years to come! This location is an ideal spot for those looking to reconnect with the tranquility of nature. An effortless 5-10 minute walk from Hammonds surf spot, this property embodies all that makes the local area so special.

Enjoy a private yard with decked patio and BBQ. 1 Non-shedding dog allowed.
We provide all linens and essentials including a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ. The yard is lovely and spacious.
We also provide a pack and play portable crib and high chair for infants and small children.
This property may or may not have surveillance cameras installed in common areas for security purposes only. Any such cameras (if applicable) are strictly limited to public common areas and are expressly prohibited in any location where a reasonable expectation of privacy exists, in accordance with California Penal Code 647(j).
Good Neighbor Policy and city regulations require the use of decibel monitoring devices when located in residential areas.
These are not listening or recording devices.

* Strict no party, social gatherings policy - only guests listed on the rental agreement are permitted on premises
* Good Neighbor Policy in effect - quiet times are between 10:00pm and 8:00am
