This beautiful upscale vacation home is located on a private gated street near the best that LA has to offer. How awesome it is to be near the 101 and 405 interchange and in a new home on a safe street. Just minutes away in Beverly Hills a home like this is $1700/night.

Near beautiful Lake Balboa Park which offers hiking trails, biking trails boating, botanical gardens, picnic areas and playgrounds. Great location for getting to Hollywood, Downtown Los Angeles, Burbank, Studio City, Encino, Sherman Oaks, Venice Beach, Marina Del Rey, Malibu, Woodland Hills, and Santa Monica…and so much more. An Ideal location. An ideal home.

This luxury built two-story offers a living room, dining room, large kitchen, family room (60 inch TV) and one downstairs bedroom featuring a romantic feel and Ca King bed. You also will have the use of a two car garage where the top of the line washer-dryer are located. Upstairs there is the large luxurious master bedroom with a grand bathroom featuring a two-person Jacuzzi tub and California king bed/queen sleeper. There is also a second large master bedroom featuring a California king bed and queen sofa sleeper Plus 60 inch smart TV. Bedroom four features a tropical feel and a pillow top queen bed. The fifth bedroom features a pillow top full and queen bed,twin bed and a TV.

The yard has and Brand New Luxury Spa and a patio featuring a outdoor dining set and a gas BBQ. We have high speed internet and cable with HBO.
