Be our guest at this Lovely 2 Bedroom Home conveniently located to the 405 and 101 freeways and many attractions in LA. It can accommodate up to 6 guests. Each bedroom has a Queen size bed. The living room has a fold out sofa bed, cable TV mounted above the fireplace, fish tank, and a dining area. Full bathroom with shower tub and half bathroom. Equipped Kitchen, free WiFi, & shared laundry room.
Beautiful backyard with a shared pool and BBQ Grill. Parking for up to 3 cars with a security gate.

Other things to note
Things to be caution of:
There are 2 smaller Airbnb units in the back of the property.
Old wear & tear wooden floor in the living room and bedrooms, and some marks on the walls.
Home reconditioning due November.
