New Home in ideal Cayucos location. 2 short blocks to beach, 1 block to restaurants and grocery store. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, laundry room, front deck, and back patio with BBQ. Also a heated outdoor shower for after the beach. Wide open family room and kitchen area, perfect for the hanging with the family. Kitchen has granite countertops and island with prep sink, professional 36" gas oven for the Chef, bar stools, dinner table, coffee maker, and wine glasses. Family room has a 65" flat screen TV with soundbar/subwoofer (Cable and WiFi included); and an easy switch for the gas fireplace. Master bedroom has a California King Bed and the bathroom has a separate shower and jacuzzi tub, and the large vanity has double sinks. The other 3 bedrooms have 1 King and 2 Queen beds. Additionally a large sofa sleeper in the living room. Wide rustic red oak hardwood floors and large travertine tile. No Smoking. No Pets.
