The bright, airy interior comes equipped with all the comforts of home, including a full kitchen and a living room with 50-inch smart TV and a large sectional. The primary bedroom features ocean and island views, with a private balcony showcasing gorgeous sunset vistas! Enjoy preparing meals with your party in the large kitchen adorned with hickory cabinets, a vintage Wedgewood stove, a microwave, a walk-in pantry, and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, plus a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the in-home essentials.

Cancellation policy


100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in. 

 31 day + Booking directly with owner saves you from paying City Lodging Tax and Booking Fees. However, the City Requires owners to provide Proof of a 31 day rental. For this reason, you will need to sign a Rental Agreement Contract on or before reserving the property. 


Damage and incidentals
Bookings through airbnb does not require an additional damage fee, because airbnb covers damages.  Booking directly with Owner, does require a Damage fee equal to a months rent.  Fee to be paid at time of reserving property. Once property is occupied, the fee held becomes a fully refundable damage deposit.  Assuming no damages , refund will promptly be returned.  During Summer months minimum stay changes to 3 day.  Non refundable damage waiver $200. Bookings through airbnb, zero damage waiver.
