Our gorgeous Full Brooks Lodge has spectacular views of the surrounding hillsides within the rolling hills of Southeast, Ohio. Come to Hocking Hills & Wayne National Forest to have a wonderful time at a comfortable and secluded cabin located minutes away from all outdoor activities & local attractions. When you stay at the Full Brooks Lodge, you are in the country with beautiful scenery. The Full Brooks Lodge will feel like a home away from home for you and your guests.

The space
At the Full Brooks Lodge, guests are welcomed to a lodge surrounded by pine trees and a well-manicured lawn which offers a great space for outdoor entertainment and relaxation. The lodge sits next to a private 52-acre property. Guests will be taken away by the breathtaking views of the forest from the lodge and the newly renovated gravel fire pit. Guests should take the time to sit back, relax, and get lost in the wide-open sky. At the Full Brooks, there is plenty of opportunity for you to get lost in the beautiful sunsets or starry night skies.

Upon arrival, guests will notice the screened in front porch which is a great space for sipping morning coffee or enjoy outside time during a spring storm. Guests will walk into the Full Brooks Lodge to a beautiful, spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. The 3 bedrooms offer a place for our customers to “hit the hay” after a day of exploring all the nearby state parks. The four-season room, that sits off the kitchen, is a great place for some peace and quiet – catch up on one of your favorite books or unwind with some local brews or wine! When staying here, guests will want to utilize one of the best features - the outdoor space. The yard is spacious allowing our guests to enjoy cookouts, eat around the picnic table, take in the wonderful views, and relax in the swimming pool or hot tub. Wander over to the firepit to overlook a beautiful nearby pond and the private forest. Spend time under the stars, creating memories and roasting marshmallows around a crackling, warm fire.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire manicured property. We encourage our guests to take full advantage of the outdoor space and views.

Other things to note
Our rates are based on a minimum occupancy of 4 guests. Children 3 and younger stay for free. 2 Night minimum for Weekend stays – Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Holiday rates apply for Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s. The taxes associated with the rental are 13.25%. We have both 7.25% sales tax and 6% lodging tax.

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT PROPERTY:
-- SWIMMING POOL
---- The swimming pool is only open and available for use from Memorial Day Weekend (late May) to Labor Day Weekend (early September). When our pool is open, guests are required to sign a “Pool Use Agreement and Release, Waiver of Liability Agreement” at the time of check-in.

---- PET FEE: we allow up to 2 dogs at the property and require a $50 pet fee per dog (non-refundable). When going through the booking process, this is an option. If not added at the time of booking, we will request a payment.
---- Early Check-In: $25 fee per hour, up to 2 hours early. must get approved. Management has ability to deny early check-in.
---- Late Check-Out: $25 fee per hour, up to 2 hours late. must get approved. Management has ability to deny early check-in.
---- Shipping Fee: If guests leave items behind & they want it shipped back, guest is responsible for cost of shipping + $10 shipping fee.
---- Add Ons: Guest has ability to add on a variety of different add-ons, such as: Firewood Bundles, Dozen Roses, Bed of Rose Petals, Mixed Flower Bouquet, & a variety of other baskets.
