The Grand Slam Lodge is a luxurious lodge nestled in the woods of Hocking Hills on private farm while still remaining close to Logan restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The lodge boasts 4 comfortable bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, large living spaces, and a magnificent kitchen. Traveling is a breeze when you stay with us as the lodge is fully equipped with great amenities. Property offers beautiful panoramic views, a fire pit, and a great outdoor space. State Parks, lakes, canoe & kayaking, ziplining and so much more all located within a short distance from the property.
Ready for business or pleasure, the amenities of this rustic feeling lodge are extensive. A fully equipped kitchen, large gas grill, gas fire place, fire pit, bar room, billiard room, screened-in and open-air porches, high-speed internet and WiFi, flat screen TVs throughout. The lodge has 4 Bedrooms and 3 1/2 Bathrooms.

Relax and stargaze around a firepit, or watch an amazing sunrise. The 125-acre is a working deer farm. Please only book our property if you love and respect animals as we do. A tour of the farm can be provided as available. No animals will be on the property until March 2022.

Take a 20 minute drive from your lodge to visit Ash Cave, Old Man’s Cave, Cedar Falls, Rock House, Conkle’s Hollow, or Rock Bridge located in Hocking Hills State Park. No matter the season, you and your guests won’t be disappointed when visiting all the beauty Hocking Hills offers!

The Grand Slam Lodge is located 7 miles from Logan. The nearby State Park offers over thousands of acres to explore by hiking, off-highway vehicle riding, mountain biking, or horseback riding. Guests staying at the property can also visit Athens and Ohio University or Nelsonville’s Historic Square Arts District, Stuart’s Opera House, Hocking Valley Scenic Railway, or the Nelsonville Music Festival that is held every year at Hocking College. Lake Logan and Lake Hope State Park located in Zaleski State Forest. Guests can enjoy some fine dining at Lake Hope Lodge or a day of picnicking and swimming with family and friends at either lake.   Other things to note
Our rates are based on a minimum occupancy of 6 guests. Any additional guest, is an additional $25 per night per guest. If the correct guest is entered at the time of reservation, rates are automatically populated. If incorrect guest count is entered, reservation must be updated. Children 3 and younger stay for free. 2 Night minimum for Weekend stays – Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Holiday rates apply for Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s. The taxes associated with the rental are 13.25%. We have both 7.25% sales tax and 6% lodging tax.

---- The swimming pool is only open and available for use from Memorial Day Weekend (late May) to Labor Day Weekend (early September). When our pool is open, guests are required to sign a “Pool Use Agreement and Release, Waiver of Liability Agreement” at the time of check-in.

---- PET FEE: we allow up to 2 dogs at the property and require a $50 pet fee per dog (non-refundable). When going through the booking process, this is an option. If not added at the time of booking, we will request a payment.
---- Early Check-In: $25 fee per hour, up to 2 hours early. **must get approved. Management has ability to deny early check-in.
---- Late Check-Out: $25 fee per hour, up to 2 hours late. **must get approved. Management has ability to deny early check-in.
---- Shipping Fee: If guests leave items behind & they want it shipped back, guest is responsible for cost of shipping + $10 shipping fee.
---- Add Ons: Guest has ability to add on a variety of different add-ons, such as: Firewood Bundles, Dozen Roses, Bed of Rose Petals, Mixed Flower Bouquet, & a variety of other baskets.   Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
