This condo, located at Rio Mar Beach Resort offers breathtaking and relaxing views on a beautiful
and comfortable space for the whole family. Outdoors surrounded by beautiful gardens and fresh water fountains allows you to enjoy your best vacation. 

We offer you all the comfort you and your group needs for an unforgettable getaway. This villa has 3 bedrooms with a capacity for up to 8 guests (inflatable mattress available if needed) with TV in all of the rooms, 3.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room and a family room to enjoy. 

Some of the outdoor facilities include: A beautiful Infinity Pool, a fun wading pool, a pool deck, ideal for sunbathing or relaxing,  and 24 HOUR SECURITY.

Adding to its exclusive ambiance are the amenities provided by the Rio Mar Beach Resort & Spa, A Wyndham Grand Resort. Over 500 acres of beautiful land  and miles of golden sandy beaches, two beautifully designed golf courses, a Tennis Center, Spa and Fitness Center, over 12 restaurants, lounges and entertainment venues, casino, and quaint shops and boutiques.

Cancellation policy

CANCELLATIONS:

A forty five (45) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than forty five (45) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 45-30 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit 25% of the payment and damage security deposit; if within 29-15 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit 50% of the payment and damage security deposit; if within 14-7 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit 75% of the payment and damage security deposit.. There will be no refund of rent or deposit for cancellations made 6 days or less prior to arrival or early departure other than as set forth above. In the event of cancellation or early departure once the Term has commenced, there will be NO refund of payment or deposit.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES:

Unless prior arrangements have been made, Check in time is after 4 p.m. and check in time is at 10 A.M. NO late check-out unless prior arrangements are agreed upon in writing.

RENTAL PARTY:

Please note each property has a maximum number of guests. If Guests have over the maximum number of persons stay at the Villa, there will be an additional charge per night for each additional person.
