Relaxing beachfront access complex. Two-story penthouse located on the 3rd floor, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 4 balconies. Enjoy beach and pool access, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, a Jacuzzi, gym/fitness center, children's playgrounds, and 2 assigned parking spaces. The penthouse features 1 King bed in the master bedroom and 2 guest rooms with twin/full bed bunk sets. All rooms have air conditioners and fans. Bathrooms include wall-mounted blowers and bath amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with ice maker, stove with oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and sandwich grill, and blender. Laundry room with washer/dryer and iron/board. No pets allowed. Non-smoking unit. Wi-Fi is available in the penthouse (passcode to be supplied by the owner).

Golf Courses Nearby: If you want to play 9 or 18 holes, there are 3 spectacular golf courses nearby.
