Relaxing beachfront access complex. Two-story penthouse located on the 3rd floor, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 4 balconies. Enjoy beach and pool access, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, a Jacuzzi, gym/fitness center, children's playgrounds, and 2 assigned parking spaces. The penthouse features 1 King bed in the master bedroom and 2 guest rooms with twin/full bed bunk sets. All rooms have air conditioners and fans. Bathrooms include wall-mounted blowers and bath amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with ice maker, stove with oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and sandwich grill, and blender. Laundry room with washer/dryer and iron/board. No pets allowed. Non-smoking unit. Wi-Fi is available in the penthouse (passcode to be supplied by the owner).

Visit the El Yunque National Rainforest (15 minutes' drive), enjoy catamaran trips around adjacent islands like Vieques and Culebras, snorkel around unseen reefs, and swim with colorful fish. You can also visit the southern part of the island on day tours to explore museums, the Arecibo Observatory, or visit Old San Juan Colonial City, just 45 minutes away.

Golf Courses Nearby: If you want to play 9 or 18 holes, there are 3 spectacular golf courses nearby. These are Bahia Golf Course at St. Regis Resort (5 minutes from the complex), as well as the Trump Golf Course at Coco Beach, Rio Mar Country Club at the Wyndham Resort, and Waldorf Astoria El Conquistador Golf Course (15 and 25 minutes away).

Luxury 2-Story Penthouse is located at the Villas del Mar Beach Resort Complex, right on the beachfront. You'll be steps away from a beautiful beach on the Atlantic Ocean, northeast of the enchanted island of Puerto Rico. Enjoy the day at the beach or pools, relax in the jacuzzi, and then spend some time in the sauna to pamper yourself. If exploring is on your agenda, there are places to visit, such as Colonial Old San Juan City. Two great golf clubs are just 5 minutes away, and El Yunque Rainforest, a national park where you can spend the day with nature, is a 20-minute drive. Local tour operators provide tours around the island and nearby islands on catamarans or sailboats. Take a day to visit the smaller islands of Puerto Rico, like Vieques and Culebras. No passport is required if traveling from the continental US for US citizens. Other activities include mountain hiking, catamaran trips to smaller islands, and zip-line tours to our famous Toro Verde Park, one of the highest mountains in Puerto Rico. For shopping, visit the Prime Outlets in Canovanas (15 minutes away) or Barceloneta (45 minutes away), with over 100 designer stores. Golf options include the St. Regis Resort, 5 minutes away, a brand-new resort with a spectacular Bahia Beach golf course. Rio Mar Country Club is 15 minutes away, with two 18-hole courses—one on the Atlantic Ocean and the River Course, both designed by Greg Norman & George Fazio. El Conquistador offers two 18-hole golf courses 30 minutes away.
