Great furnished apartment with bay ,sea and city view, located on the Convention District (walking distance to the convention center and the Sheraton Hotel) and very near to the old San Juan and Condado. Is an 1 bedroom (w/ full bed), 1 bathroom, a living space with big plasma TV (basic cable included), Blue Ray/DVD/CD player and a futon (that accommodates 2), kitchen and dining space. Includes one parking, security, all the common areas have security cameras, and the building have a laundry. The apartment, appliances and furniture are practically new.

Loss of parking and lobby entrance key is a $200.00 fee, loss entrance card is a $75.00 fee, loss of the rest of each key is a $25.00 fee ea., loss or damage of remote controls of A/C's, TV or DVD/CD player is a $75.00 fee. The apartment, its equipments, furniture and its goods must be hand over, to the hosts/owners at the check out, in the same or good condition like in the check in, otherwise its incure in an extra charge to cover the repair or replacement
