Playas del Yunque located just minutes away from El Yunque Rain Forest, features a three bedroom condo just 50 steps from the beach. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a trundle bed with two twin beds, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed and a twin bed. There are also 2 community pools, tennis courts, beach volleyball & a basketball court.

The East Region of Puerto Rico is a Nautical and Resort Destination. The East counts with five Marinas, four regional airports, six golf courses, world class attractions, and the two beautiful Islands: Culebra & Vieques. It is just 20 minutes from San Juan & Metro area and it offers impressive natural wonders as: El Yunque National Rain Forest, Humacao National Reserve, Culebra Natural Wildlife Refuge and Puerto Mosquito Bioluminescent Bay in Vieques. It it’s known for its beautiful beaches!

Must See Destinations in the East Region of Puerto Rico:
Maunabo - known for its 19th Century Punta Tuna Lighthouse (still in operation); Yabucoa known as sugar town. Among Yabucoa’s attractions is the old Hacienda Santa Lucia. Humacao is the largest city of the region and host of major hospitals, university campuses, shopping centers, and Palmas del Mar community. Las Piedras, known for its craft’s artist and indigenous rock carvings. Juncos, “Ciudad del Valenciano” or the City of the Valencians (from Valencia, Spain) offers great Puerto Rican cuisine. Naguabo has the best seafood of the region. Ceiba counts with the Ceiba Forest a popular attraction for hiking and fishing of marlins. Fajardo has the largest marina in the Caribbean; it is also the town where you can catch the Ferry to Culebra & Vieques Islands. Fajardo is the place for most of the scuba & snorkeling excursions and sailing trips. Luquillo is best known for its Blue Flag Luquillo Beach. Rio Grande is a golf resort destination as well as home for El Yunque Rain Forest. Loiza is known for Piòones, a cultural hectic area and gastronomical route for Puerto Rican favorite’s plates. Loiza is also home of famous surfing beaches: Chatarra and Aviones. Canóvanas has Camarero, the only thoroughbred racetrack in Puerto Rico.

Cancellation policy

CANCELLATIONS:

A forty five (45) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than forty five (45) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 45-30 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit 25% of the payment and damage security deposit; if within 29-15 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit 50% of the payment and damage security deposit; if within 14-7 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit 75% of the payment and damage security deposit.. There will be no refund of rent or deposit for cancellations made 6 days or less prior to arrival or early departure other than as set forth above. In the event of cancellation or early departure once the Term has commenced, there will be NO refund of payment or deposit.


ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES:

Unless prior arrangements have been made, Check in time is after 4 p.m. and check in time is at 10 A.M. NO late check-out unless prior arrangements are agreed upon in writing.

RENTAL PARTY:

Please note each property has a maximum number of guests. If Guests have over the maximum number of persons stay at the Villa, there will be an additional charge per night for each additional person.
