This property is located at Reina del Mar Condominium in Isla Verde right by high end hotels, casinos, restaurants, and shops. It has two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room and balcony with ocean view and beach front. TV's in all rooms and WiFi.

 The location is just 5 minutes away from the San Juan international airport, a 20-minute bus ride to Old San Juan, easy accessible to el Yunque rainforest and within walking distance of the best hotels of the area, The Ritz Carlton or El San Juan Hotel, that feature casino, restaurants, and much more. 

 From the open-air balcony, sit and enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drink, and enjoy the stunning panoramic views of the beach.

Details of your Space:
Our condo has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Master bedroom has a queen bed with TV/Cable and Internet throughout the condo. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds with TV/Cable/DVD.  The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender and all cooking utensils. Unit also has a washer/dryer. Dining Area has 4 stools in kitchen countrtop, living room has seating for 5 guests. The condo is equipped with linens, and bath/beach towels. A/C throughout the condo.

Cancellation policy

CANCELLATIONS:

A forty five (45) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than forty five (45) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 45-30 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit 25% of the payment and damage security deposit; if within 29-15 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit 50% of the payment and damage security deposit; if within 14-7 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit 75% of the payment and damage security deposit.. There will be no refund of rent or deposit for cancellations made 6 days or less prior to arrival or early departure other than as set forth above. In the event of cancellation or early departure once the Term has commenced, there will be NO refund of payment or deposit.


ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES:

Unless prior arrangements have been made, Check in time is after 4 p.m. and check in time is at 10 A.M. NO late check-out unless prior arrangements are agreed upon in writing.

RENTAL PARTY:

Please note each property has a maximum number of guests. If Guests have over the maximum number of persons stay at the Villa, there will be an additional charge per night for each additional person.
