Your top choice for a spectacular ocean view villa located within the most exclusive area of Palmas del Mar resort. The villa is approx. 5,000 sq feet distributed throughout 6 floors. It is set atop of a hill where you can appreciate the most amazing views of the Caribbean Sea and the mountains. The villa is your perfect choice not just for small families who are looking for comfort at a great price but also for large parties who wish to book their villa near my other ocean view villas. It has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, private elevator for easy access to all levels, private pool, several living rooms, 6 balconies, 2 large terraces, and a back yard.

The Master bedroom is located on the highest level of the villa where you can appreciate the best view to the ocean. It has a walk-in closet, living room with amazing views from each of the two balconies- El Yunque Rain Forest from one side and the ocean from the other. The master bathroom is delightful! Decorated with marble & coral tiles, a jacuzzi and an open shower for a relaxing bath after a fun filled day. The large glass windows from the bathrooms overlook the mountains and the resort. On the fifth floor, you will find a small sitting area and a balcony, two large bedrooms and a terrace overlooking the ocean furnished with lounge chairs to relax and sun bath bath while sipping your favorite tropical drink. This area is excellent for entertaining a large group of people or simply a romantic getaway.

The main living area of the villa is on the forth floor--intelligently designed to appreciate the beautiful view of the ocean and the mountains. Here you will find a large living room with a comfortable sectional sofa, a dining room which sits eight, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and and stainless steel ampliances. This floor also has an ample balcony and a sitting room area to enjoy the ocean view; the patio/pool terrace; half bathroom, private pool, and a large backyard is located towards the west side of this floor.

There are 2 bedrooms located on the third and second level of the villa. Both rooms are quite ample and each has its own private bathroom and balcony overlooking the ocean. Again, wisely designed to offer more privacy and comfort to everybody in the family.

Cancellation policy

CANCELLATIONS:

A forty five (45) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than forty five (45) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 45-30 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit 25% of the payment and damage security deposit; if within 29-15 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit 50% of the payment and damage security deposit; if within 14-7 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit 75% of the payment and damage security deposit.. There will be no refund of rent or deposit for cancellations made 6 days or less prior to arrival or early departure other than as set forth above. In the event of cancellation or early departure once the Term has commenced, there will be NO refund of payment or deposit.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES:

Unless prior arrangements have been made, Check in time is after 4 p.m. and check in time is at 10 A.M. NO late check-out unless prior arrangements are agreed upon in writing.

RENTAL PARTY:

Please note each property has a maximum number of guests. If Guests have over the maximum number of persons stay at the Villa, there will be an additional charge per night for each additional person.
