Welcome to our beautiful villa located in the exclusive community of Peninsula de San Juan at Palmas del Mar Resort, Humacao, Puerto Rico.

Our waterfront villa is located in the heart of Palmas del Mar just a few blocks from the beach, Palmanova Plaza, shops, restaurants, bank, and the Yacht Club. It features two fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms, beautiful community pool right in front of the villa, and BBQ. It also has several comfortable living room areas, a 6-seater dining table, and several balconies/terraces with views to the water. The bedrooms are comfortably furnished with 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 1 full bed and 1 twin bed.

Guests can enjoy a relaxing afternoon by the community pool or beach, or perhaps a competitive tennis match, a round of golf, or even a fun day horseback riding at the resort's country club.

Cancellation policy

CANCELLATIONS:

A forty five (45) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than forty five (45) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 45-30 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit 25% of the payment and damage security deposit; if within 29-15 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit 50% of the payment and damage security deposit; if within 14-7 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit 75% of the payment and damage security deposit.. There will be no refund of rent or deposit for cancellations made 6 days or less prior to arrival or early departure other than as set forth above. In the event of cancellation or early departure once the Term has commenced, there will be NO refund of payment or deposit.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES:

Unless prior arrangements have been made, Check in time is after 4 p.m. and check in time is at 10 A.M. NO late check-out unless prior arrangements are agreed upon in writing.

RENTAL PARTY:

Please note each property has a maximum number of guests. If Guests have over the maximum number of persons stay at the Villa, there will be an additional charge per night for each additional person.
