Your top choice for a spectacular ocean view apartment located at the heart of Palmas del Mar Resort walking distance from Palmanova Plaza, the Yacht Club marina, and the beach. The condo is equipped with a community pool and playground for children. Our 3-floor penthouse condo has the most amazing views of the Caribbean Sea and the mountains. It has 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms, dining room, living room, and family room. We also have several balconies to enjoy the nice ocean breeze and the view.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet and a spectacular jacuzzi bathtub. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Please request the Resort Guest Passes for discounted rates at the Golf Club, Tennis Club and access to the Beach Club from M-F, excluding holidays.

Palmas del Mar is a beach resort located approximately 45 minutes from San Juan in a town called Humacao in the southeast coast of Puerto Rico. It is the largest master-planned community in the Caribbean. Set in approximately 2,750 acres of land, the resort includes over 25 different neighborhoods; a bank; retail shops; a private school; a beautiful equestrian center with guided tours throughout various tracks including the beach; 16 restaurants throughout the resort; a casino; a full service marina; and security and strict-access control 24 hours a day. There is also a small grocery store inside the resort.

It is a high end community where you will find not just miles of pristine beaches along the coastline of the resort but all sorts of amenities sufficient to not want to leave the resort at any time during your stay in Puerto Rico.

Cancellation policy

CANCELLATIONS:

A forty five (45) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than forty five (45) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 45-30 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit 25% of the payment and damage security deposit; if within 29-15 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit 50% of the payment and damage security deposit; if within 14-7 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit 75% of the payment and damage security deposit.. There will be no refund of rent or deposit for cancellations made 6 days or less prior to arrival or early departure other than as set forth above. In the event of cancellation or early departure once the Term has commenced, there will be NO refund of payment or deposit.


ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES:

Unless prior arrangements have been made, Check in time is after 4 p.m. and check in time is at 10 A.M. NO late check-out unless prior arrangements are agreed upon in writing.

RENTAL PARTY:

Please note each property has a maximum number of guests. If Guests have over the maximum number of persons stay at the Villa, there will be an additional charge per night for each additional person.
