Each cabin consist of a room and private bathroom. Beautiful Paintings enhancing the walls of each room.
Cabin #1 has a King Bed and Cabin #2 has a Queen Bed, and spa-like showers.

Your enchanting hosts, Pedro and Yohandra, will welcome and pamper you upon arrival. They will be available to satisfy our customers with very personalized service. You will be your own architect, according to your expectations, to design your stay here. We will fulfill your every desire.

Complimentary Services: Transportation to and from the airport. Continental Breakfast in the mornings, light lunch in the afternoons and Wine and Cheese in the evenings, elegantly set by the pool. Additional services and amenities available.

Cancellation policy

CANCELLATIONS:

A forty five (45) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than forty five (45) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 45-30 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit 25% of the payment and damage security deposit; if within 29-15 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit 50% of the payment and damage security deposit; if within 14-7 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit 75% of the payment and damage security deposit.. There will be no refund of rent or deposit for cancellations made 6 days or less prior to arrival or early departure other than as set forth above. In the event of cancellation or early departure once the Term has commenced, there will be NO refund of payment or deposit.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES:

Unless prior arrangements have been made, Check in time is after 4 p.m. and check in time is at 10 A.M. NO late check-out unless prior arrangements are agreed upon in writing.

RENTAL PARTY:

Please note each property has a maximum number of guests. If Guests have over the maximum number of persons stay at the Villa, there will be an additional charge per night for each additional person.
