With a soothing view into a preserve, it is located on the ground floor.

In bedroom #1 (Master Suite) there is a King Size bed. In bedroom #2 (Guest Suite) there are two twin beds.

It has a terrace/balcony - called 'Lanai'. The lanai is screened - of course. The Lanai is SOUTH facing.

A second screened Lanai faces in the opposite direction. So you could enjoy sun almost during the entire daylight.

The carport is available for your car. It keeps your car cool during the summer time.

Distance to club house (with pool) is about 660 feet (2-minute walk)!

This unit is our NaplesGolf Number 00128 and is located in building number 1650. The building 1650 belongs to the Rosewood association. And the association Rosewood is a part of the residential complex FALLING WATERS 'Central', accessible from Davis Blvd, East Naples, Florida, located 5 miles east of downtown Naples and the Gulf of Mexico.
