With a marvelous lake view in a southwestern direction, it is located on the second floor.

In bedroom #1 (Master Suite) there is a King Size bed.

In bedroom #2 (Guest Suite) there are two twin beds. It has a terrace/balcony - called 'Lanai'.

The lanai is screened - of course. The Lanai is SOUTH-WEST facing.

A second screened Lanai faces in the opposite direction. So you could enjoy sun almost during the entire daylight.

The carport is available for your car. It keeps your car cool during the summer time.

Distance to club house (with pool) is about 660 feet (2-minute walk)!

This unit is our NaplesGolf Number 00107 and is located in building number 2420. The building 2420 belongs to the Orchid Falls association. And the association Orchid Falls is a part of the residential complex FALLING WATERS 'Central', accessible from Davis Blvd, East Naples, Florida, located 5 miles east of downtown Naples and the Gulf of Mexico.
