With a marvelous lake view from the lanai and with sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms (2 bathrooms) is located on the ground floor.

In bedroom #1 (Master Suite) there is a King Size bed. In bedroom #2 (Guest Suite) there are two twin beds.

It has a terrace/balcony - called 'Lanai'. The lanai is screened - of course. The lanai is NORTH-EAST facing.

If you like to enjoy the evenings sitting on the Lanai and having BBQ, then this here will be the one you'll love.

The drinks and snacks you'll get directly from the Summer Kitchen. The garage is available for you. It keeps your car cool during the summer.

Distance to club house (with pool) is about 495 feet (1 minute walk)!
