Sleeps 4 (2 bathrooms) with a marvelous lake view in a north-eastern direction, located on the ground floor.

In bedroom #1 (Master Suite) there is a King Size bed. In bedroom #2 (Guest Suite) there are two twin beds.

It has a terrace/balcony - called 'Lanai'. The lanai is screened, of course.

The lanai is NORTH-EAST facing. If you like to enjoy the evenings sitting on the Lanai and having BBQ, then this here will be the one you'll love. The drinks and snacks you'll get directly from the Summer Kitchen. The condominium is very close to the pool and clubhouse.

The garage is available for you. It keeps your car cool during the summer.

Distance to clubhouse (with pool) is about 495 feet (1 minute walk)!

This unit is our NaplesGolf Number 00081 and is located in building number 1908.

The building 1908 belongs to the Cascades association. And the association Cascades is a part of the residential complex FALLING WATERS 'Central', accessible from Davis Blvd, East Naples, Florida, located 5 miles east of downtown Naples and the Gulf of Mexico.
