About this space

With a soothing view of a lake, this is located on the second floor.

In bedroom #1 (Master Suite) there is a King Size bed.

In bedroom #2 (Guest Suite) there are two twin beds.

It has a terrace/balcony - called 'Lanai'. The lanai is screened, of course.

The Lanai is NORTH facing. The CONDO is located very close to the Pool.

If you like to enjoy the evenings sitting on the Lanai and having BBQ, then this here will be the one you'll love.

The drinks and snacks you'll get directly from the Summer Kitchen. Sorry, the garage is NOT available for you. But there is enough parking space in front of the garage.

Distance to club house (with pool) is about 495 feet (1 minute walk)!

This unit is our NaplesGolf Number 00129 and is located in building number 1908.

The building 1908 belongs to the Cascades association. And the association Cascades is a part of the residential complex FALLING WATERS 'Central', accessible from Davis Blvd, East Naples, Florida, located 5 miles east of downtown Naples and the Gulf of Mexico.

Located in building 1908 in Naples, Florida, the unit is just a one-minute walk (approximately 495 feet) from the clubhouse and pool. While the garage is not available, there is ample parking in front.
