In bedroom #1 (Master Suite) there is a King Size bed.

In bedroom #2 (Guest Suite) there is a Queen Size bed. It has a terrace/balcony - called 'Lanai'.

The lanai is screened - of course. The Lanai is SOUTH-WEST facing. The carport is available for your car. It keeps your car cool during the summer time.

Distance to club house (with pool) is about 990 feet (3 minute walk)!

There are many parking lots at the pool if you go by car.

This unit is our NaplesGolf Number 00094 and is located in building number 1670.

The building 1670 belongs to the Rosewood association. And the association Rosewood is a part of the residential complex FALLING WATERS 'Central', accessible from Davis Blvd, East Naples, Florida, located 5 miles east of downtown Naples and the Gulf of Mexico.
