My wife Rose & I own the ranch estates and have lived with our 4 children in Elfin Forest over the last 20 years. Why Bob chose San Diego CountyThe Ranch is located in Elfin Forest area just 9 miles from the Pacific Ocean and 9 miles from LEGO Land. It is approximately 1000 ft elavation with a Great View of San Diego North County. The area has miles and miles of horseback riding, bicycle,hiking trails and the Elfin Forest Reserve an 8 billion gallon water reservoir that give you the away from it all feeling while still being Very close to the beach, shopping, restaurants etc.. What makes this House uniqueI fell in love with the ranch because it is very close to the ocean but just far enough away and at a high enough elevation where the Pacific Ocean fog doesn't cover us and you can see the stars here almost about every night. The ranch has Huge patios, Big kitchen lots of setting and places to just hang out and relax.
